Until just recently I had never heard of Caffeine meditation since it logically seemed to me that the two words were not compatible.
But it piqued my interest to find out how caffeine and meditation could work together as a health benefit.
I have since learned that caffeine meditation is similar to a structured prayer that Christians have been doing for centuries to enhance the positive aspects of body and soul.

But a certain level of stress is important for us to achieve our goals in life and can even give us a kick in the pants to move forward.
